Maria Francisca Perello has welcomed her first child with Rafael Nadal.

The beautiful couple have become parents for the first time to a son Rafael, multiple sources confirmed to Spanish media. Our champion Rafa has been present during the birth on Saturday morning in Palma de Mallorca.

A source said: ‘Both the mum and her baby, born in the 37th week of her pregnancy, are doing well.

‘The birth took place in a private clinic on the island where Mery had to remain under observation and rest completely in the last few weeks.’

Real Madrid, a renowned football club in Spain, shared the news on their official social media handle and congratulated Rafa and Mery.

The football club took to their Twitter handle and wrote, “Congratulations to our dear honorary member @RafaelNadal and to María Perelló for the birth of their first child. We join you in sharing the happiness of this moment. All the best!”

The happy couple got married in 2019, and have been together for over 17 years.
