  1. COVID-19, the caronavirus, has reached Mallorca. According to The NYTimes, a Briton on the island has contracted the disease. The article doesn’t say where s/he contracted it.

  2. There is now a racehorse named after Rafael Nadal who is being trained by the legendary Bob Baffert. I am not a racing fan but come May 2 we might be seeing the headline: Nadal wins the Kentucky Derby!

    • That would certainly be an awesome headline. If anyone can help Rafa win the Kentucky Derby, Bob Baffert can. Btw. I named my handsome kitten Rafa. Like his namesake, he is athletic and fearless. Best of luck to our champ in Acapulco! I hope it is on Tennis Channel.
