(AP) Two-time Wimbledon champion Rafael Nadal has been seeded No. 10 for the grass-court Grand Slam, meaning he could face one of the top contenders as early as the fourth round.
The All England Club stuck mainly to the ATP rankings in the seedings announced Wednesday for Wimbledon, which starts Monday.
Rafa, who won Wimbledon in 2008 and 2010, has slipped to 10th in the rankings. He lost in the first round of Queen’s Club last week, after winning on grass in Stuttgart the previous week.
Defending champion Novak Djokovic is seeded No. 1, followed by Roger Federer, Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka, and Kei Nishikori.

I am fed up with deep thinker’s comments as the facts speak for themselves, Rafa had a lot of points to defend, couldn’t due to injuries,operation, recovery, so be it.
Now he his on the way to recovery from all of that, so give the guy a break, he doesn’t need the money so is there for the sheer competiveness and to be the best of the sport he loves best, so let him be and let him play tennis!!!
To be honest I think that this puts less pressure on Rafa for the only way is up! 🙂
