Rafael Nadal Australian Open 2015 Nike Outfit

Rafael Nadal may already be down under getting ready for the year’s first Grand Slam, but we didn’t know until recently what he would be sporting on court. For the past few weeks we have been asking ourselves, “What will Rafa be wearing for the Australian Open?” Finally, we now have an answer. Below are photos, so take a good look and feel free to tell us in the comments what you think about the style and colorway.

One thing is for sure: With the hot pink shirt and white shorts you won’t have any problems recognizing Rafa on the blue tennis courts of Melbourne Park. If you are one who struggles with the time difference and not a big an of the phrase “sleep is for the weak,” then this vibrant pink hue very well might help you to stay completely awake during his matches. 🙂

  1. that outfit is the bomb. who says men can’t be fashionable on the tennis court. from the headband to the shirt to the short shorts with the reflective stripe, to the sweet shoes, he wins best outfit hands down.

  2. Anything that Rafa wears is great, hope he wins the Aus,Open, I will be barracking for him to be the winner, although his first match is a toughie against Youzny

  3. Pink and white brings so much energy to anyone! yes it will definitely dazzle my eyes and force them to keep awake to look at him in the wee hours in the morning in Toronto! Can’t wait to see my # 1 player Rafa !

  4. If what he wore at Margaret Court arena is part of the Australian Open Nike apparel lineup — it was fresh and vibrant-looking. It fits the winning ways of this returning former champion. I doubt it would have fit any other player!

  5. Agree with others, absolutely LOVE the bright colors on Rafa. Just look at those fantastic pics from today, vibrant colors to match his gleaming smile and energy level. Vamos!!!!

  6. That color combination is just stellar. Pink and white with a dash of yellow in the
headband, wristband and even his sneakers. Just “Spot On Down Under”

By the way, his opponents might confuse those yellow accents with the tennis ball!

I’m telling everyone, his color combos are even better than the women’s tennis
    players. Just electrifying!

  7. Saw it to day, Rafa looked fantastic in hot pink , love the vibrancy of the outfit. Great fun in Margaret Court Arena.
