The draw for the Sony Open Tennis in Miami has been released and top seed Rafael Nadal has a bye in the first round.  In the second round Rafa will play either Lleyton Hewitt of Australia or Robin Haase of Netherlands. Rafa’s potential quarterfinal opponent is Juan Martin del Potro. He could face Stanislas Wawrinka, John Isner or Tomas Berdych in the semifinal.  Besides Novak Djokovic, Rafa could face Roger Federer or Andy Murray in the final.

  1. Rafa has to watch it as the old order seems to be changing. Perhaps this new trend is due to the Stan win at AO. Suddenly every tennis player is now inspired to aim for a shot at the title! Big titles are no longer the exclusive preserve of the big 4 anymore! Therefore, our dear Rafa cannot afford to ”improve with every match” For him to win, he just has to get it right from the beginning to the end otherwise …………….

  2. I look forward Rafa plays with Tursonov and beat him badly. The poor guy was so impolite to Rafa.

  3. Rafa, wish you all the best for this tournament. Just believe in yourself – don’t be too humble. Go for it. You can do it, Champ.

  4. Waves of positive wishes to Rafael in Miami, let us hope that he is fully recovered and confident. Looking at Stan in Indian Wells tells us how injured Rafael was in Melbourne. Go Rafael
