Good luck with your clay season, Rafa. This outcome was not a surprise to you as you indicated. Recover well in your preparation. Your comeback this year has been magical, and we are there
for you. “Tennistically”- interesting terminology from you!🤛👏👍💪🎾🍀❤️🤗
Just look at Carlos.. he is already doing everything that Novak can do and he’s only 19 years old! There will never be another Rafa’s but he is going to be darn close! A star is born!
Vamos Rafa! Be better in Rome! ✌
I had a terrible dream last night that Rafa won his 14th French Open and then announced his retirement to the world during his acceptance speech!!! I hope that isn’t going to come true apart from winning his 14th of course. Vamos
It will be an extremely sad day, I know I will cry when that happens. I have loved his game from day 1. I pull for him even over my own country players. His comeback has been miraculous and so is he. He is very polite and has never thrown a tantrum or thrown or broken rackets. I admire this about him.
Yes it is not Rafa’s favourite clay court, secondly, loosing against Carlos will not hurt Rafa as much as Djokovitz will hurt when he gets thrashed by the young Spaniard! This gives Rafa a good chance to be fit for Roland Garos!
You did your best rafa next step is the French open
Madrid is Rafa’s “worst” clay record so not a big deal. He will be much better in Rome and peak at the mother lode of clay tournaments- Roland Garros. Vamos Rafa💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
A lot of work to do but you will get to your best again.
Thank you, RNF.🙏 I am looking forward to the Italian Open already.🤭
