Last night, Rafael Nadal attended Shakira’s concert in Toronto. He danced like no one was watching and was caught on camera – because clearly everyone was watching!
The Colombian singer and Rafa are good friends and eight years ago our champ starred in the video for her song Gypsy.

Shakira said she chose Rafa because, like her, he is totally committed to his profession, started at a young age, and travels a lot “like a gypsy.” She also felt they share the same work ethic.
I always thought it was a great music video and still do. The two seem to have a great chemistry.
As far as Rafa’s girlfriend Mary is concerned he said “no problem, it comes with the job.”
