(AP) Fed up of being accused of doping, Rafael Nadal has written to the president of the International Tennis Federation and asked for all of his drug-test results and blood profile records to be made public.

In a letter obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press, the 14-time Grand Slam champion says “it can’t be free anymore in our tennis world to speak and to accuse without evidence.”

Rafa writes: “Please make all my information public. Please make public my biological passport, my complete history of anti-doping controls and tests.

He also asks for all his future test results to be released.

The ITF can confirm that Mr. Nadal has never failed a test under the TADP and has not been suspended at any time for an anti-doping rule violation or for any other reason related to the TADP,” the ITF said in a statement sent to the AP.

  1. Rafa, it is time that you put to rest the non-sensical allegations against you. Madame Bachelot deserves to be sued for her irresponsible comments. If she had the guts to doubt you, then she must now have the guts to retract. Demand an apology from esa vieja Francesa malparida

  2. Siempre habra una persona que te quiera hacer mal Rafa. Los que hemos seguido por muchos anicos, sabemos la clase de persona que eres tu. No te preocupes. HAY GENTE MUY MAL. ANIMO CAMPEON.

  3. Never any doubt! I am happy and proud of Rafa for challenging those who try to discredit and defame him! Way to go Rafa and congratulations on carrying your nation’s flag for the 2016 Summer Olympics!! 🙂

  4. It’s sad that Rafa has had to take this step but I have never at any time believed the dope claims
He is one true athlete how has worked so hard to get where he is in tennis and would never have jeopardised his career in any way
Anyone who makes claims like this should be sued

  5. I think he should sue that French idiot for all her worth. This campaign to malign people without proof to get cheap publicity should not be allowed in tennis. Cry babies like Murray should name names if he has the guts or STFU. Murray talking about bulked up people is just nuts. Look at Murray at age 20/21 and now. The difference is astounding. Rafa on the other had always well built. Rafa has also been open about the stem cell treatment he received on his knees. Also the logic is completely absent in these allegations. If rafa was suspended for taking PED in 2012 and served a hush hush ban of 7 months, how did he return from this ban and roll everyone over in 2013? Was he on PED even after this ban or doing PED during the ban?

  6. Rafa’s fans never believed he failed a blood test: not because we are fans but because of his love of the sport, his integrity and his family’s love and support. I can say unequivocally that Uncle Toni would have educated him on the dark side of sports, even tennis.
He would never risk the loss of self respect, the respect of his family, friends, and fans by doping. And don’t forget his love of tennis and his example of what an athlete should strive to be. Any athlete who is so honest that he admits his lack of confidence and works so hard to regain it has no need for performance enhancers. Nadal is a gem.

    We are with you, Rafa!

  7. This decision to release his test records is a great day for us Rafa Fans – we always believed in him, but now it will shut up his detractors once and for all. Not only the best behaved gentleman in the sport world, but now certifiably clean of performance enhancing drugs.

    VAMOS RAFA!!!

  8. The only one’s who doubt Rafa are either stupid or just plain spiteful of what he’s accomplished, I hope that Rafa sues the HELL out of em, an the charity’s get a ton of cash,,,

  9. Very well decision Rafa Nadal ..You are doing correct ! Enough is enough ! Apart for being ignorant are jealous of your success this evil ugly disgusting pig woman!

  10. This is OUR guy. He FINALLY delivers the KNOCK OUT punch. It has been far too long watching our guy suffer under false allegations when he was injured and on top of that NOT given the credit he deserves like other champions.

When RAFA does speak, it’s done in volumes. Still humble, but DAMN firm.

    RAFA fan forever.

  11. Congratulations on taking a stand; Mme. Bachelot must publicly apologize to Rafael Nadal and make restitution. Funds could be donated to a charity or or-ganization of Rafael’s choice. Other players need to show their support for
    the integrity of the sport.

  12. We know that he is a clean athlete but time to confront the evil people who have planted doubts. Well done champion

  13. Nadal, this is just a distraction on your career . You are my Tennis toast . People without facts and figures should stop peddling false and defaming accusation on your person . You will come out victorious . Congratulations on your victory in Barcelona

  14. Hooray Rafa! I think he is sick and tired of the negative claims and accusations against him. To me, this is part of the renewed Rafa. Great to see!
