For the past few weeks we have been asking ourselves, “What will Rafa be wearing for the US Open?” Finally, we now have an answer.
Rafa Nadal will take the court in the Nike Premier Rafa Crew and Nike Gladiator 7” Printed Short. The top features Nike Dri-FIT fabric, which helps keep him cool and comfortable. Lower shoulder seams provide a smooth fit. The short employs Nike Dri-FIT fabric and features a drawcord for a custom fit.

Rafa can wear the Tommy Hilfiger underwear he now sponsors….I’m good with that! Seriously, though, I dig the black BIG TIME! Not so much the green.

I like bright colors on Rafa. Orange, yellow, fushia, corals, light blues, sea greens . Not so much darks or this color of green. Not fond of black on any tennis player but….Rafa is a handsome guy, thatever color he wears I hope he is happpy in it. Color reflects ones personality, and certainly Rafa isn’t a person who relaxes in black.
Like the black – suits New York and is strong like El Toro! Vamos Rafa!!!!!!!!!!

The only ting is the color. Black and dark colors absorb the sun and heat and not good for the way he sweats. He would look good (and does) if he were only in his underwear!
Quite right as regards the black, black is negative ,he looks better in coral, red ,positive or similar, black is a bad choice in his current frame of mind,the underwear ideas only for the ladies or gays ! the green is ok.
Rafa can and does look good in EVERYTHING!

At first glance I did not like the dark look but perhaps it will give him the bad boy viv which is usually not his style. Go forth and win my dear Rafa
Rafa looks great & handsome in anything he wears…… If he is going to wear the dark gray look… he may wish to have lighter clothing, white or blue, for practice……so that it isn’t all dark…..
I love the black outfit because it is bold and beautiful and more edgy than the green
outfit which I also like but prefer the black ensemble.
I also liked Rafa’s gray outfit at the US Open 2013 when he won!
Prefer the edgy look for NYC instead of the pastels for other parts of the world.

The black/charcoal outfit is probably for the night games while the green uniform is likely his daytime outfit. He looks good in anything!
