Hear, hear, totally agree Mitch. It’s time for agressive winner’s mentality instead of the droopy eye look that we saw from the Aussie Open final right until the start of RG. Man up!
I wish I could be as optimistic about Rafa staying healthy for more than 2 or 3 slams in a row as he is about Spain’s chances in soccer(football).
Message to Rafa: Extend your career and win more slams by shortening points/games/sets/matches by playing aggressive, first strike, deep ball tennis and bringing back the 135 mph serve that Oscar Borras taught you 4 years ago for the 2010 US Open(why you gave that up I’ll never know). While you’re at it, hire a big time coach like Mats Wilander, Martina Navratilova or Jimmy Connors. And last but not least, stop doing stupid things like playing team soccer, diving off your boat, burning your hand at Japanese restaurants, cutting your finger in the kitchen, etc… – that is, if you want to avoid missing more slams & Master 1000 tourneys due to injury.
VAMOS!!!
