  3. I can’t wait to see Rafa in Toronto! I got RAFA hard copy today special order from USA for his autograph and waiting on the special poster I ordered from USA ! What a preparation to see my favourite player soon! I’m so excited!

    • Your best bet for seeing Rafa up close is to attend his extended practice sessions on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday before he begins play on Wednesday, or attend his pre-match warmup sessions Wednesday-Sunday, all of which take place on the practice courts, NOT the match courts. Make sure you get there early – about an hour before his practice/warmup begins – so that you’re in the front row. Don’t forget to bring a camera, hat, sunglasses, pen & his book ‘RAFA’ . Good luck Chandra. I hope that your dream of meeting Rafa comes true. VAMOS!!!

  4. Rafa struggled – by his standards – during the spring hard-court season, losing to Dolgopolov in the 3rd round at Indian Wells, and losing in straight sets to Djokovic in the Miami finals.

Rafa needs to sit down and watch video of his 2013 spring & summer hard-court matches, and then try to RECAPTURE that type of aggressive first-strike tennis during the upcoming hard-court season.

Counter-punching, scrambling and grinding will always be a major part of Rafa’s game, but he must also incorporate a more offensive high-risk/high-reward shot selection in order to win big matches at this point in his career.

And, despite all the success he’s had with Uncle Toni over the years, I still think he would greatly benefit from adding a new voice to his coaching team – somebody like Jimmy Connors, Mats Wilander, Martina Navratilova, Darren Cahill or Paul Annacone.

    VAMOS!!!
