Q: Many of you would like to know what Rafael Nadal needs to do to secure the Year End No. 1 ranking. Has Rafa lost his chance at keeping his No. 1 ranking?
Answer: No!
Our champion Rafael Nadal has a great chance at London to get his Year End No. 1 ranking. He only needs to win two Round Robbin matches to do so. Of course, if Novak Djokovic loses in the final today in Paris, Rafa will automatically secure the ranking.
In order for Djokovic to retake the ranking from Rafa, he needs to win Paris, win the World Tour Finals at London undefeated, and also win Davis cup (two rubbers and bonus points). On the other hand, for Rafa to secure the spot, he only needs a little over 300 points, which he can easily obtain by winning two matches in London.
Hope that clears up any lingering doubts! This is Rafa’s year, no matter what! VAMOS RAFA!

I m a diehard Rafa fan but I can clearly see that Djokovic is way better than Nadal at this point . and he might get defeated again by Ferrer or any of the other players because simply , this is not his turf and he proved it so far by losing in a very pathetic and heartbreaking fashion in both Shanghai and Paris
