Rafa Nadal has announced his retirement, with his final professional tournament set to be the 2024 Davis Cup Finals in Málaga, from November 19 to 24. The news has sparked massive interest from tennis fans worldwide, especially with Rafa joining Carlos Alcaraz in the Spanish team.

According to the Spanish news agency EFE, the anticipation has been so high that tickets for the event sold out weeks ago, and now resale prices are soaring, with some tickets reaching up to €34,541 on platforms like Viagogo.

The Davis Cup Finals will be held at the Palacio de los Deportes José María Martín Carpena in Málaga, marking the third consecutive year the city hosts the prestigious event. This year’s tournament is even more significant as it coincides with Rafa’s emotional farewell, with many hoping he will end his career by helping Spain win a seventh Davis Cup title.

Fans eager to witness this historic moment are scrambling for tickets, but with the official allocation sold out, the only option left is the steeply priced resale market.

Have you already got tickets? Will you be in Málaga supporting Rafa in his final tournament?
