Rafael Nadal’s Barcelona Practice Sessions: With Son and Wife By His Side

Following his withdrawal from the Monte Carlo Masters, Rafael Nadal is gearing up to make his return at the Barcelona Open, where he’s already back on the practice courts.

Today, he sharpened his skills alongside Sebastian Baez, with their rigorous session lasting a solid two hours. Our champ appeared to be in higher spirits compared to yesterday, sporting a brighter smile throughout.

In the stands, his wife Maria Francisca Perello and son Rafa Junior watched on, with the latter enjoying some playful moments as Rafa tossed balls his way, as per reports from the Spanish newspaper Marca.

So nice to read Rafa is on the court with the support of his loved ones and we are sure they make those practice sessions even more special. VAMOS RAFA!

    • Rafa will be at the official draw ceremony in Barcelona. That’s what the Barcelona tennis tournament website says. Hopefully we get to see him healthy and play! 🙂

      • Hi David, no, unfortunately Rafa lost to Dominic Thiem, the winner that year. Luckily my husband and I saw Rafa and his team in the hotel lobby. I got Rafa’s autograph and had a photo with him, priceless!!!
