Rafael Nadal continues warming up for the 2022 Championships at the All England Club as he looks set to play at SW19 next week.
His second practice session was on Center Court with Italian player Matteo Berrettini.
This year Wimbledon is allowing players to practice on Centre and No.1 courts for the first time ahead of the Championships next week, in a bid to avoid injuries.
The idea is to allow players to practice on the show courts ahead of the tournament that gets underway on June 27, so the grass will be more worn and less moist, and players less likely to suffer injuries.
Rafa truly deserves to get the honor to be the first ever to practice on that court!
