Rafa’s coaches have raised concern about his current state of mind. Moya said “Too many mistakes, he needs to have a calmer head.” Roig commented “He’s nervous and not picking up on the sensations.”
So there we have a confirmation of what was already suspected- the dreaded nerves have returned to control Rafa’s mind and body.
Let’s hope that he’ll be able to shake them off today. Not easy!
