Rafael Nadal was in the zone during his first round victory over Australian John Millman on the Wimbledon grass.

Vamos Rafa. We’re praying for you. May you stay physically and mentally fit til that very moment where we all wishing you to lift up on high your 3rd Wimbledon trophy.
God be with you always. Cheers 🙂 🙂 🙂
Good to see Rafa in great shape. Awesome shots! Fantastic footwork! Keeping it real as ever and taking it point by point, match by match.
Tennis is such a mental game, and it shows mostly when the mentally toughest (like Nadal) become a little bit less tough. What an enormous difference it makes to have confidence. I always said in 2014, 2015 and 2016 that you can rate Nadal’s form by scanning for hot shots. If he is confident, he is hitting them. If he is not, he is hardly even trying to hit them. The 2017 version that showed up at Wimbledon looks twice as confident as the 2015 version. Having just won RG is now visible in every step he takes. Like this post if you want Wimbledon 17 to turn into major #16.

HAHA you just had to put that there:) It’s so great to see Rafa playing this freely. Hopefully he stays fit and keeps it up in his next match. Let’s just imagine that all that green grass is planted on some red clay:)
Rafa, here’s to keeping your dream alive when you beat Young. Today is a day off for you so don’t think because Carlos is absent that you are going to over exercise, or not rest enough, or eat a gazillion pizzas. Big Brothers Toni and Francis are watching you 😎 LOL.
As I today celebrate my country’s Day of Independence, you can celebrate another win and another day of your independence from those shackles of nerves that had you in their grip. That warrior spirit of yours is in full bloom 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
RAFA ROCKS 150%
You were Graet as the match was too, don´t stop, continue like you are on and on, from The Canaries get please an enormous H U G, C. Javier
Go Rafa go against Donald Young,
Love and prayers,

Rafa was all business on court today. Laser focus, no doubts. Unbelievable.
I watched a repeat of his classic 2008 Wimby match vs Roger the other day.
Even then he had that laser focus, unwaivering belief, maturity, killer instinct. Relentless! That’s who he is. Just fascinating to watch!
👍👏😃🎾❤️
Great match today
