Rafa Nadal is looking to reach his 14th final in 16th tournament this year (10-3 in finals) and his first indoor final since the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London in 2010 (l. to Federer). He has won 15 in a row vs. his fellow countrymen since losing to Verdasco in Madrid in May 2012. Rafa is getting closer to clinching year-end No. 1 in the Emirates ATP Rankings. He will finish No. 1 for the first time since 2010 if he has any result that is equal or better than Djokovic OR the Serb loses in the final OR Rafa wins the title.

The two countrymen have met head to head 24 times, with Rafa holding victory solidly at 20 over Ferrer’s 4. The last time that Ferrer defeated Rafa was in the quarter finals of the Australian Open in 2011. Rafa has since defeated Ferrer eight times.
Good luck Rafa!! I like them both too but always for my man Rafa!!!

I hope it’s a good match – I like them both -I’m still betting on Rafa to win! – Vamos Rafa!
