Rafael Nadal and Pablo Andujar win doubles match

Rafael Nadal and Pablo Andujar won the all-Spanish doubles match up against David Ferrer and Feliciano Lopez at the Rogers Cup today. The match was fun to watch, and needless to say, all our concentration was on Rafa’s performance and movement on court. The final result was 6-7, 6-1, 12-10.

Rafa/Pablo lost the first set, but not without a fight. The second set had them zipping through, allowing their opponents only one game. The tiebreaker was intense, and they came back after being down a couple of points to win the match. All four players looked great on court, and it was good to see Rafa playing well. Their next opponents will be Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi/Jean-Julien Rojer, who are ranked #5 as a team.
