The Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, an event held on August 24, the weekend before the start of the US Open Tennis Championships 2013 will feature 12-time Grand Slam Champion and 2010 US Open Champion Rafael Nadal, but also defending champion and top-ranked Serena Williams, top-ranked Novak Djokovic and five-time champion Roger Federer. The four tennis superstars will join singer Ariana Grande, Austin Mahone and other performers at the 18th edition of this event.
Aside from exhibition matches among the tennis stars, the spectators will be treated with live music and entertainment from top artists. This will be broadcast via TV network CBS and the proceeds of the event will go to several charitable groups.
This will be interesting- I wish I was there!!! – hope it makes a lot of money for charitable groups -well done to all involved!
