Bonjour je me permet de vous écrire mon fils nolan est juste tombé amoureux de la petite balle verte et de nadal à l’âge de 2 ans il a apprit en le regardant c’est un peu dingue !!! il collectionne les tenues de tennis les raquettes il fait des stages de tennis chaque vacances scolaires et aujourd’hui il a 9ans s’entraîne dur une passion qui ne fait que grandir et à 9ans d’être aussi passionné c’est juste incroyable !!! il a apprit il y a quelque temps l’existence de votre école il était comme un fou !!! il reve d’y aller faire un stage pour apprendre encore et toujours …. étant de miramas vers Marseille ce n’est pas à côté …. nous sommes partie il y a 3 ans en vacance à manacor ou nous avons découvert le club de tennis de son idole nolan cest allongé sur le terrain lol .il sait ce qu’il veut il veut toujours plus et s en donne la peine il joue en groupe de compétition en balles inter ou ils sont 4 un très bon club mais il a se reve venir un jour à l académy pour faire un stage j’espère qu’un jour il pourra vivre son rêve les yeux ouvert Je ne sais pas si on pourra réaliser son reve car c’est un énorme investissement pour nous mais on prépare se projets doucement….. et qui sait il te verra peut être Rafa ce serait juste incroyable Il a meme envoyé une vidéo à la télé pour qu’il réalise son reve venir faire se stage …. c’est pour vous dire combien il est motivé à 9ans !!!! j’attend votre réponse et on espère venir un jour …. merci belle journée à vous Émilie la maman de nolan

This is a long shot but I’m wondering if you have advice on watching Rafa practice. My husband and I are in Monte Carlo, 2 kids in tow, but we were silly and only booked tickets for the first two days. On Wednesday we have to drive back to Milan airport and fly out. Is it possible to watch Nadal’s Tuesday practice? It’s sad to be here in the same town as Rafa and not be able to see him!

Yes, I can tell you that Nadal did his Monday and Tuesday practice in Monte Carlo on the annexe courts but they are not open to the public. You can see in Internet the photos. It is the same in R Garros in Paris, his practice is always private. The only place you can really see him training is in his Academy in Manacor Majorca, there the public are welcome free, to watch outside. In Monte Carlo he always starts the Weds. as in many atps and if you had tickets Mon and Tues you would not see him. I am looking forward to R Garros, got my tickets and there he can start the Monday. Best wishes Fiona in Paris

Hello there, I would like to get information about how can I go and see Rafa playing on court life? I mean tickets, court etc. I am asking because in my country we are not able to watch live tournaments and I have to travel when rafa will attend another tournament and I have to do it right. I must admit, I’m a bit worried especially after Wimbledon! Not too worried, but we need to get to 19 grand slams now!!! I’m gonna be a bit frank, as always, Rafa, because I still believe I’m your biggest fan ever, actually bigger fan than your beautiful Spanish girlfriend.ha.ha.
OK my friend, couple of things worry me:
1. Don’t you think it’s time to use a different racquet when you play on any surface but clay? Especially on grass. I believe your game plan never changes and that’s a topic for a different day! Then it must be something else. Remember, Rafa, Federer’s game has changed a lot after using a new different racquet. That tells me something. It’s just a thought worth considering, why not, Rafa?
2. I honestly don’t understand the reason you sometimes decide to stand few yards behind the baseline to return serve, I don’t! It has never really worked, actually if anything it backfired. Not just against Mueller but also against Thiem in Rome. And you barely edged Sock at the same tournament. May be it’s time to consider using a different racquet against great servers.
