Rafael Nadal is already home. He arrived on the island this afternoon and stated that his immediate goal is to rest and take some time to analyze how his last year and his return to the courts have been, to decide whether he will finally retire or continue competing.
“It’s time to rest, take some time, and in a few days be able to analyze everything these months have been and know what I really want,” our champ said to IB3 TV upon his arrival at Palma airport, confirming in his statements that he had “a very good experience” in Paris.
“The event is different from the circuit, and I enjoyed it as much as I could,” added Rafa.

l hope he continues to play.He has class!
Just keep playing!! Rafa loves it and we love Rafa. Tennis is just not the same without you! But I do get better sleep when I don’t stay up all night to watch you live. 😂♥️🎾 Vamos, Rafa!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️
No regrets, Rafa. We know how you fought to be in Paris and to compete. We, of course,
were not there as you endured months of rehab. Such a proud moment as you carried the Olympic torch! Thank you for all you have done👏👍💪🙏🎾❤️🔥🫶
If anyone understands Catalan could you please translate what he said about doubles e.g. if he is considering playing on only in doubles? Thanks.
As I can understand it, Rafa is only talking about doubles with Carlos in Paris, but not about playing doubles in the future.
Many thanks.🙏🏻
