Rafael Nadal’s highly anticipated return to tennis kicks off at the Brisbane International, where he partners with his friend and one of his current coaches, Marc Lopez, for the doubles event scheduled on December 31, 2023. Securing a wild card, this won’t be the first time they’ve teamed up; they have a history of winning tournaments, including the Olympic gold medal triumph in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

Rafa’s singles journey begins on Monday, January 2, 2024.

The Brisbane International Draw is set for 9 am AEST on Saturday, December 30, with the order of play for Sunday, December 31, promptly released after the Draw.

On our website, we will publish the time for both singles and doubles matches as soon as the order of play is released, so stay tuned.

Good luck & Vamos Rafa!

  1. Just wondering, how do u know/confirm that he’s playing on 2nd January for singles? I am planning to buy tickets to see him.

  2. Wait, what? There isn’t a Monday January 2. Does he play singles on Monday January 1 or Tuesday January 2?

    • Can’t wait. My new year is starting off very good…..any way it goes. Just to see him on the court again is a winner. Good luck…💕💕
