Taylor is playing well. He has a great serve, fantastic shots from the baseline. It’s going to be a tough one.

I know I’m going to have to be at my best and I hope to be ready for it.

Rafa

Should Rafa win Acapulco and be ritually crowned with the sombrero, it will mark the 85th title of his extraordinary career.

GOOD LUCK & VAMOS RAFA!

  6. Well Nadal, it is time to improve. You still are making too many mistakes. I don’t think you can deal with Djokovic; Djokovic’s game is a lot better than yours. It appears that your support team is not doing a good job. Definitely Moyá is a great professional of tennis. It is time to lay off Roig and your uncle Toni. All you need is a real good coach like Mr. Moyá, responsible for your training, and an excellent therapist. Also, you must begin to do yoga; physical and mentally. Yoga does miracles physically and mentally.

If you follow my advice I promise you that your game will improve a lot; muchísimo! You must be ready for next tournaments. Remember, Djokovic has found a solution to his physical ailments; most likely he is going to be very strong. Therefore, if you don’t follow my advice, you will not will those important tournaments you need to win.

I have noticed that you are accepting Djokovic as a better tennis player than you. That implies that you are giving up. That you are not thinking on how to play better than Djokovic. That is not good; you don’t want to have the mind of a loser. You don’t want to hear: “Es que Djokovic es un monstruo del tennis, no hay nadie quien el gane”.

    • YOUR CORRECT ABOUT ROIG AND TONY BUT THE REST OF YOUR COMMENT IS STUPID , WE ALL KNOW RAFA IS
BETTER THAN DJ SIMPLY GO HOME HOME

    • Funny that, I notice some tell-tale signs you address Rafa as Nadal. Secondly, never in a million years is it possible for Rafa to ‘have the mind of a loser’. Rafa and loser cannot and will not be in the same sentence. Losers give up. In Rafa’s entire career, this is one quality he possesses in spades. Healthy, injured, happy or sad — Rafa’s out there fighting like there’s no tomorrow!

I cannot speak for the other fans, but I am sure the rest of the fans under this umbrella of Rafael Nadal Fans will agree.

      It’s been a trademark — or haven’t you noticed?

      • This block is not about being nice or “polity”. This block is about helping Nadal to be a much better tennis player. And yes, undoubtedly Djokovic’s game is a lot better than Nadal at this very moment. And yes, approximately back in 2011, Nadal felt that would lose every time he had to meet Novak; no doubt about his issue. Back then, approximately in 2011, Nadal’s game had lots of weakness and the reason was his support team: Uncle Toni does not know about tennis and because of this Nadal’s game had such weakness. Nadal’s game was far too slow attacking and that is why Novak would not give Nadal a chance. Fortunately, Nadal, thanks to his new coach, Moyá, has improve a lot his serve as well as his overall game.

Again, this is not about being nice, it is about helping Nadal to be a better player. Novak right now is very difficult to beat; that is a fact because Novak’s game is practically perfect. Novak’s consistency is to envy. So Nadal has to improve his game being a lot quicker answering and not just about returning the ball; he must attach and immediately. Otherwise, Nadal will continue losing most matches with Novak, and therefore will fall behind. Just look the head to head results and in the process, be aware today’s Novak game.
