I related so much to your situation today Rafa. I have experienced what you went through playing in extreme heat here in the desert. Your heart beats very fast, you feel like you are going to throw up and faint. I recovered after ice and hydration and cooling off but I have to be careful. When I start to experience those feelings now I just stop playing. You might experience those feelings again but if you do you must quit immediately and don’t push yourself. It is heat stroke and it is serious. Take care. Xo
