Rafael Nadal and Fernando Verdasco reached the doubles quarter-finals at the Rogers Cup in Montreal with a 7-6(8), 6-7(2), 10-4 victory over Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut on Wednesday.
In the next round, Rafa and Fer will face the winners of the match between the Bryan Brothers and Feliciano Lopez/Max Mirnyi.

Would love to see Rafa & Fernando play the Bryan Brothers. Hope they show it on TV, even though they rarely show doubles matches. I’d much rather see that than another match against Youzhny. Beating the best doubles team of all time would be a very nice feather in Rafa’s cap. VAMOS!!!
