World No. 1 Rafael Nadal is through to the fourth round of the Wimbledon Championships, where he will face Australian teenager Nick Kyrgios. This is the first time these two competitors will meet on the professional tour.

Nick Kyrgios: “I never thought that I would be seeing Nadal in my fourth round Wimbledon in my 19th year. I thought it would take years and years of work to finally have an opportunity like that. To think that it’s going to happen in about a day is daunting, but so exciting, as well.”

Rafa Nadal: “Young players are very dangerous as they always have something special. They are able to play with no pressure. They are fresh. He has a great serve. He’s an aggressive player.” (via ATP World Tour)

  9. Best wishes on your next match against Nick K. Now Rafa faces a 19 year old super-confident and talented jr. champion who is very very ambitious and wants his glory on
Center Court now at 19! He feels empowered and entitled!

Rafa, just bring your A game, same intensity, killer instinct and fighting spirit as usual.

I have a feeling this Kyrigos is going to come out swinging and try to capture the first set. and take it to you just like Klizan, Rosol and Kukushkin did!

Hopefully, Rafa will be able to take the first set unlike the first 3 matches.

    Vamos, Rafa!
