Wasn’t it just yesterday that we were celebrating Rafa’s epic 8th Roland Garros trophy, followed by a dream run at the US Open? We blinked and it’s the end of December! Where did the year go?! While photos are great, we’re especially thankful for videos. What better way to look back at the year and relive those special moments than all the videos that inspired us, made us laugh and kept us addicted? We’ve published many videos throughout the year, and some were more popular than others.

Here is the list of the top 10 most watched videos in 2013 on our YouTube channel. 

#10 Exhibition: Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova played some glow-in-the-dark tennis in a Nike promo in Paris. Hey, they’re all stars, they need no light (#InnerGlow)

#9 Rafael Nadal was running in the airport trying to catch his flight to Beijing! Safe to say, we’ve all been there, Rafa! But he does make it seem like an art form 🙂

#8 Rafael Nadal defeated Australian Marinko Matosevic 6-1, 6-2 in Monte Carlo. But what should have been a routine victory for Rafa was somewhat of a “victory” for Marinko as well, when he went and knocked over Rafa’s impeccably placed water bottles. Did he think he could rattle Rafa? Or was it just something he always wanted to do? It seemed more of the latter, as Marinko himself stated. Rafa’s reaction was a simple shrug and a laugh. And yes, he DID drink out of the bottle.

#7 Rafa Nadal & Clara Alonso, la fiesta continúa | Vanity Fair: Rafa did a little modeling for Spain’s Vanity Fair in between taking the US Open by a storm. This was a great ‘behind the scenes’ look at the posh affair. Oh my, Rafa, how nice you clean up!

#6 Rafa translates Novak’s English into English, before David Nalbandian reminds him that he needs to speak Spanish. Rafa, the things you do only make you more precious to us! Did anyone else have this one on a loop? We did!

#5 Rafael Nadal and his cute cousins! This is our favorite video of the year!! 🙂

#4 Rafael Nadal says he has no rift with Novak Djokovic: “Djokovic’s father should talk to his son. My relationship with him has always been very good and it still is. I’ve lost many games with him, and he with me and have never had any problems.”

#3 Rafa Nadal vs Novak Djokovic in Argentina highlights: butts, Men in Black, imitations and more. What can we say about this one, except this is the one where Rafa and Novak compare butts, and Rafa does that little butt shake? Need we say more as to why this video was popular?

#1 Rafael Nadal may have lost to Novak Djokovic in the ATP World Tour Finals last month, but our champion has extracted a measure of revenge by beating the Serb in a penalty shootout in Argentina. (3-1) 🙂
