The cute kid is 12 year old Conner Stroud, winner of USTA-North Carolina’s Hal Southern Junior Male Tennis Sportsmanship Award for the 12s division. Conner loves playing tennis and will soon join an academy to perfect his skills. He suffers from a condition known as Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency (PFFD), but that has only made him stronger and more resilient. Read more about Conner here.
Conner met Rafa on Tuesday at the US Open. From the wide smile on his face, and Rafa’s, it seems like a great time was had. It means a lot to Rafa, and to his fans, to support kids to reach their potential. We’re proud of Conner and proud of Rafa too! We wish Conner the very best always!
