The Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters, the third ATP World Tour Masters 1000 tournament of the season, gets underway Sunday with nine of the Top 10 and 17 of the Top 20 overall competing.

The draw has been made on Saturday afternoon. 56 players will take part. Eight seeds (1-8) get BYE in the first round.

In the bottom half of the draw, No. 5 Rafael Nadal opens against the Fernando Verdasco-Marinko Matosevic winner and in the third round Rafa could meet Thomaz Bellucci or Philipp Kohlschreiber.

In the quarter-finals, Janko Tipsarevic and Gilles Simon are possible opponents. Rafa is scheduled to meet Andy Murray in the semi-finals.

Rafa is the defending champion. He defeated Novak Djokovic in the finals in straight sets, 6-3 6-1. VAMOS RAFA!
