  1. I would love to see Rafa play, if he is healthy. I do not want him to hurt himself further. If he does play, God willing, VAMOS RAFA

  2. Rome starts in one week. Draw this Friday?

All the best to Rafa in Rome if he is good to go.

    • Let’s hope that Rafa can play in Rome. If he can, all good luck to him🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸

🏆➡️🇪🇸 The Internazionali cup will go to spain

  3. I really hope Rafa plays Miami. I’ve heard him say in an interview that winning Miami wouldn’t be a career defining thing for him. It is one of the few Majors he hasn’t won though. Also Paris, which isn’t in the list but hopefully Rafa goes for Paris. Plus of course the WTF.

These are the tournaments which are still missing from the CV, so he can achieve the “Career Golden, Major, Super Slam”. Singles Olympic Gold, all Majors, all Grand Slams and WTF.

He hasn’t won Shanghai indoors but that tournament replaced Madrid Masters indoors which he won in 2005. In 2008, everything was changed to the current 250, 500, 1000 point system and loads of tournaments changed location, points and surfaces.

Some may argue that Shanghai is needed to complete the exuberant title mentioned above but I don’t think he needs Shanghai to be worthy of the above title. It would also be a title that neither Roger nor Djokobitch have achieved.

Ah, don’t forget Spain’s Davis cup victories. Pundits will have to think of a name for winning all the above plus being in a Davis Cup winning team, more than once.

It’s three titles, Miami, Paris, WTF. It’s doable, especially for such an amazing player as Rafa.

  4. Hello,

    This is Alberto from Malaga.

I am going to the US Open to watch Rafa but I don’t know which day should I buy. Any tips? I am thinking about 2nd or 3rd September for the Men’s 3rd Round. Gracias 🙂

      • Rafaelmadalfans any tips?

I can imagine Amy and I waiting for the info until the last minute xD

      • He plays at the Armstrong stadium so I think you should go there and he plays in the night by the way.

      • Hi Nancy! I appreciate your message, thanks. I arrive to NY on 2nd Sept, so I will take your recommendation and go for round of 16 on 6th Sept. Hopefully he will be there teaching us another lesson of strength and ambition (if his physical condition allows it) 😊

    • I think that you should go to the like first to third round because Rafael nadal has not played any tournaments so he might just make it to the second round.

      • This is quite an old post, regarding the 2023 men’s calendar before Rafa got injured.

Do you really believe Rafa will only reach the 2nd round of the 2024 men’s calendar US Open? I’m certainly not one for saying things like, come on Rafa, another FO, get all the trophies missing from your career, you’ve got the Olympic gold in the bag etc.

I’d like to think I’m a realist and that Rafa doesn’t need all the expectation above weighing him down. But conceivably going out in the second round of the USO?! As said above, don’t weigh him down with expectation but going out in the second round of a slam. That’s quite a defeatist attitude about Rafa’s return.

    • Rafa please keep calm while playing against Djokovic. when he play lose ball attack him. Play as machine as Djokovic used to play

  5. RAFA I have been following you since you FIRST STARTED……wearing those white “PANTALOONS” I knew you were a STAR then and I still believe you are the BEST! i NOW SEE OTHERS THAT TRY TO COPY YOUR STYLE EVEN WITHIN THEIR GAME….but SO FAR …no one can compare.. …….!!!!!!!!!

  6. Wishing Nadal a speedy recovery and hope comes back in great shape again just like in AO2022, and win Madrid or Rome and ultimately – RG 2022!

    • Wishing Rafa an speed recovery 🙏 ❤ and a great come back 💪 strongest !!! VAMOS RAFA YOU ARE THE BEST ❤ HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 🎉🎉🎉

      • Hope he doesn’t hang up his racket after the FO. I can honestly see him getting back to number one, if he remains healthy. He’s the best player in the entire ATP. It’s just a shame abnout the injuries. When he hangs up his racket, I can see him doing it Pete Sampras style, while he’s still number one, which he will be. Look at the comeback Roger made when everyone counted him out.

I certainly don’t want to put a load of pressure on Rafa but if he just concentrates on one game at a time and doesn’t think too much about the GOAT, he can do it. He’s at that stage in his career where he just wants to entertain the fans who love him. Rafa at his most entertaining is Rafa at his best.

      • I agree with you 100%. Rafa is the best tennis player ever and so much fun to watch. Note he was born with bad feet and nevertheless he’s the greatest.

      • He also broke his foot in 2004. Imagine how much more he could have achieved if it wasn’t for that 2004 foot break. I’m talking, shift everything from 2005 to one year earlier.

  7. VAMOS RAFA!!!!!!
You are the Best of the Best!
We are rooting for you here in Miami.
There’s NO DOUBT YOU CAN DO THIS!
Looking forward to your win at Indian Wells and seeing you at the Miami Open!

  8. Nadal has to play agaist in form, Compatriot Alcaraz in Semi Finals. It appears a difficult contest as Alcaraz has not dropped a Set so far whereas Nadal has dropped two sets. All of Nadal’s fans should pray for Nadal as his winning Indian Wells is important.!!
