As far as Nadal is concerned, he has won it twice and came very close last year to winning the tournament, because if he had come through against Novak Djokovic in that five-set semi-final you would have fancied him in the final. And then he has just won the French Open, demolishing everybody, and is still seeded three. It just doesn’t make sense.
And then you see Anderson at four and, as much as Kevin has had some good Wimbledon’s, he was beaten in the second round at Queen’s and has hardly played recently because he has been injured. He is not playing like the No 4 in the world on grass, and there is no way he should have been pushed up to that spot.

Yes, Rosol went out in the qualifications 😑 Old enemy in Wimbledon 2012 Some one said Gilles Muller stopped his career in 2018 after US Open , old enemy in 2005 and 2017 , 2 threats less to Nadal ☺ Although do not wish ill on the others, Muller 36 years old, I say to them all, try to continue until 40. Pam Shriver who is picking Rafa to win cites her reasoning as that he will make an all out push knowing that he can no longer win on hard courts. What an idiotic statement. Yes they are tougher on his knees but only two years ago he won the U.S.Open. I’m sure he has the self belief that he will win again on hard courts.
He won the Canadian Masters last year! Commentators say some weird things sometimes.

The Met Office are giving dry weather, with temperatures around 23/70 degrees, for the whole of next week, so warm but not too hot. So hopefully there won’t be any issues over the roof, and there won’t be any problems with some people’s matches going on over two days.
