  1. The boy can play! He is the greatest clay court player of his generation! Love those shots! Bravo to Uncle Tony!

  2. Ana Maria the biggest fan of Rafa ❤️💪😘🎾❤️😘😘🎾👍❤️💪😘🎾👍🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎 says:

  3. Come Diego. Keep Novak on the court for as long as possible. You’re playing great. Even if you don’t win, at least you’ll tire him out and soften him up for Rafa, if that’s possible. 😀

  4. Btw… Just read an article on 365 Tennis which reported that Rafa is NOT getting married in June and calls it “Fake News”.
Article reads… “Normally we don’t speak about Rafa’s private life, ever,” his spokesman Benito Pérez-Barbadillo told People. “However this information is absolutely incorrect and fake news from non-credible sources.””

I have to admit I was skeptical when I heard it last week but with Rafa’s no comment, non disclosure way of being, I have always felt I’ll believe it when I see it.

    Can wait for tomorrow….

    • I never believed it anyway – it just didn’t make sense. I think I’ll stick with the report of Rafa getting married in September, which i read some time ago.

  5. Yes, Margo. Our man Rafa is back. I could see the fire in his eyes, the power in his arm and the body language that signalled real confidence.

Sorry that Delpo lost after having match points and his bleeding toe looked so painful. The good thing is that he’s back and playing
    well.

    • Lorna, You know I was rooting for del Potro to win. He came so close. I would have much more enjoyed a Rafa-delPo final. He seems like such a warm person and happy he’s back in the game.

      RAFAMAZING ROCKS

  6. You played wel But Tsitsipas did not play his game today He was 42nd only 1 year ago and on Monday he will be No 7 in the world … pretty darn good player… he is only 20 yrs old . Future Numéro Uno for sure.

    • Let’s get it straight Mickie. Rafa, the king, didn’t ALLOW Tsitsipas to play his game.

Rafa is far from relinquishing his crown, so the young buck just has to wait. His time will come.

      • Well said Lorna… Even though Tsitsipas upped his game in Madrid it was obvious that Rafa’s game was off giving Tsitsipas the win.. Today, Rafa was back to being Rafa and once again Stefanos had that defeated look on his face. No question he’s coming up strong in the rankings but it’s going to take time for him overcome the big three on a more permanent basis…

    • Tsitsi DID play his game – his problem today was that Rafa found HIS game and no one has ever beaten Rafa on clay when he’s at his best.

Tsitsi is a fine young player and if he keeps it up he will be No 1 someday, but he’s going to have to wait for a few guys to age out first. Tsitsi is just very good. Rafa, Roger and Novak are GREAT. He’s not going to beat any of them on a regular basis.
