Rafael Nadal has won the fifth edition of the Olazábal & Nadal Invitational golf tournament in Mallorca this weekend. It was his third title in a row on his beloved island.

In 2013, Rafa and golfer José María Olazábal jointly created the charity golf tournament Olazábal & Nadal Invitational. Held each year in Mallorca, all funds raised through this Pro-Am go towards solidarity projects of the Rafa Nadal Foundation and the Sport Mundi Foundation -chaired by José María Olazábal-, aimed at combating social exclusion.
Rafa was recently spotted in the Bahamas with his bud Tiger Woods. Golfing.
Unlike Rafa, who won his libel case against that French woman, Russia has been banned from the 2018 Olympics because of state sponsored doping. No Russian flag, no medals. Zilch.
Stepanek has joined Nole’s team.
So far, in the polls I have seen, Rafa is favored for the 2018 Australian Open title.

Any update on the injury? Is there still a chance that Nadal will be fully fit for Australian Open or should be focus on the clay season?

Rafa is a tremendous athlete and is good at many sports. I am so glad he decided on tennis. It is wonderful to see him enjoying his offseason. It is also a good sign that his knee is all right.
