I have been twice to Roland Garros this week Tuesday and Thursday, not on Rafa s days, disappointed as booked in advance and they are his usual days.😢 Hope to go again next week , hope he continues. Saw others of the Spanish Armada close up , Verdasco, Lopez, Ferrer, Pella , del Potro and Cuevas of the South Americans, yesterday saw the end of Pablo Cuevas match, spoke to him in Spanish and he signed an autograph on my programme. 😃I said I am learning Spanish and I like to listen to your videoclips hablando espanol ! He is a very lively friendly person, typico latino ! In Paris shame for Tsonga, I saw that match and it was stopped at 10 o clock for nightfall , they contined the next day. Pleased for Verdasco, Zverev was getting frustrated, crashed his raquet. At least he won Rome👑good for him. Fernando is very Spanish looking, literally tall, dark and handsome. In Paris pleased to see Wawrinka win, Monfils match good too. 😀Murray next match good for him, Pella del Potro on an annexe court, saw them close up. One thing a nuisance, there was a long queue for the annexe courts as they are not numbered, you have to wait as people go in and out. The good thing is you see the players close up. Central Court the cheapest cat.3 is fine, good view of the match. Many London people there. I recommend you to book that cat. Fiona in Paris

  2. I am curious to see how well the next-gen players do at Roland-Garros.

    Of the four who played today, only two are still in:

    Kyrgios toppled Kohlschreiber in SS 6-3, 7(7)-6(4), 6-3.

    H. Chung, who lost to Rafa at Barcelona, toppled Sam Querrey 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3.

    A. Zverev, and Kokkinakis are out as is Tiafoe who played yesterday.

    Stan and DelPo are through in SS. Nishikori dropped a set before prevailing over Kokkinakis.

    To think that Rafa won his first FO on his first try just two days after his 19th birthday is mind boggling.
