Rafa on facing Sam Groth:

Well, he has a huge serve, no? He’s uncomfortable first round. He’s a difficult one.

You know, need to be ready for suffer a little bit during the match, because I know he gonna be difficult to have breaks.

I hope to be ready to stay focused mentally and to compete well.

Rafa and Sam have never played each other on the ATP tour or in a Grand Slam prior to their clash at the 2016 French Open.

GOOD LUCK & VAMOS RAFA!

  1. Margo , don’t worry their nobody else I want to win the FO. except Rafa but like Chandelle has said we need Andy for back up ,and he is my 2ndchoice. I should have more faith but you know the English are more reserved and negative than Americans who seem much more upbeat and positive,(probably get slated now)

    • By now you should know I am with you about The Andy. You had him out before he was out. I felt he could do it but was concerned about a Stepsnek resurgence this morning.

      RAFA ROCKS

  2. That should have said to see how Novak’s playing .I’m guessing he will have no problems, and not be tested like Andy and Stan

  3. Wow just seen Rafa’s hotdog (not being rude) it was perfect. Going to watch Novak now to see how ( have my sick bucket ready)

  4. I don’t Know Chandelle but thankfully Andy managed to get through (Just). So glad to see Rafa breezed through his. Rafa and Andy for the Final with a win for Rafa

  5. Maria – andy won – delighted as so far he is the realistic foe 2 take novak down in case rafa doesnt! Cant stand the thought of novak lifting trophy

  6. RAFA IS THE ROCKINGEST!!!

Rest up for tomorrow because you will probably have a little difficulty with Bagnis.

    • Maria, ye of such little faith in The Andy. What a fifth set. Happy for the UK (for now anyway…LOL)
