Rafael Nadal looked fierce and determined as he outdid Roberto Bautista Agut 6-4, 6-3 and punched his ticket to the Mutua Madrid Open final, where he will meet the victor of Kei Nishikori/David Ferrer on Sunday.

Rafa, who as of May 9th has been in the Top 5 for nine years (longer than any active player), improved his record in Madrid to 34-8 and his over clay record to 306-23. Rafa is attempting his 4th Madrid title. He has not lost  a semifinal on clay since 2003.

  1. +Congratulations Rafa – you are in the Madri final. I wish you the very best tomorrow.Feel mentally fresh, confident and be pain free (always). Believe in yourself, yes it is possible for you to win many matches as you have – so believe and know that it’s because of all your hard work and dedication. You worked hard to achieve all you have achieved. So yes, you deserve it and do not ever think differently. You are a great tennis player and a great person because of all your hard work, dedication, passion and love. Please don’t doubt yourself. You can and should play aggressive tennis – you’ve earned it. So go out there tomorrow and many many more tomorrows and play confident, passionate, and intense tennis. And God Bless You. Love you, Marlynn.

    🙂
I believe Kei is putting all he has got on the way of Rafa tomorrow.
However Rafa is as realistic as usual and I believe he is raising this one! I love the sight of Rafa bitting a trophy!

  3. Congratulations Nadal! I wish you all the best in tomorrow’s game. Please play your offensive game and not defensive. More coming forward and playing your game. You’ll make it because you’re the best. Vamos Nadal! Judy
